We live in an era where having access to the right information is paramount to good decision making and efficient productivity. Now, interconnectivity is providing smart, new applications for delivering the critical information we need to make faster, easier and more efficient decisions.

At the centre of this interconnectivity are space technologies like GNSS and Earth Observation. For example, the Internet of Things is opening the door to endless applications, all of which use GNSS provided information for the real-time tracking of people and things. In the agricultural sector, farmers are taking advantage of augmented reality and artificial intelligence solutions that use GNSS and Earth Observation for surveillance and monitoring. And this is just the tip of the iceberg! Space technologies are also at the centre of many of the latest consumer applications – and their use will only increase in the near future.
