Inna Uwarowa is a graduate of the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. In 2006, she was involved in the student satellite project of the European Space Agency - ESEO, then she became the coordinator of the PW-Sat2 satellite, launched into orbit in December 2018 and successfully fulfilled its mission by deorbiting in 2021. Inna was an aviation personnel trainer and examiner for 3 years in the field of radio-communication and navigation equipment, at Aviation High School in Warsaw. Inna took a role of the first coordinator of the Polish branch of the ESERO-PL – ESA European Space Education Resource Office. For 5 years, Inna Uwarowa has been the chairman of the jury in the National competition, and a member in 2019 in the European CanSat Competition. Between 2016-2019, Inna was responsible for business development and technical expertise at the FP Space Consortium, working at Future Processing and KP Labs. In 2019, Inna Uwarowa became a CEO of newly established company - In-Space Services Sarl in Luxembourg. At the end of 2020, she joined SAB Aerospace as Program Director, and from April 2022 she took the position of Strategic Director.
