J. Ostolaza González holds a MSc. degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad de Cantabria complemented by the Master in Space Technology from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He joined the EU Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) in 2017 in the Service Engineering department actively contributing to the development of new services for EGNOS and Galileo. Before, he worked in GMV for almost 10 years where he got extensive experience in project management and GNSS testbeds and demonstrators to cover different service areas (i.e. South and Central America and the Caribbean, Southern Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Russia, South Korea and Europe).
