Marc Leminh is a French engineer with 30-year experience years in the space industry, mostly in the field of end user applications of space data (GNSS, telecoms, EO) as well as in infrastructure projects (Strays, Kineis). He has spent most of his career within the CLS group (a subsidiary of the French CNES) and he managed as CEO its telematics spinoff for 15 years. He was also Innovation director at CLS and then at Kineis, a satellite IoT constellation project. He is supporting many tech start-ups in various fields (space or ocean) and started 2 companies.
He supported EUSPA for various studies (strategic autonomy of the EU GNSS receivers, chipsets and antenna, white paper on research and innovation priorities) and supported the 2022 UCP for the Emergency Management and Humanitarian Aid sector.
