Tamme is always looking for new opportunities provided by geo-spatial technology. Being trained as an agrometeorologist and worked for many years in scientific software development, Tamme is now leading an agricultural spin-off of AeroVision that is delivering spatial data to farmers: BioScope. His mission is to make agriculture sustainable by reaping the benefits of (geospatial) technology. Satellite data, robotics, IoT and data science all are intertwined in this effort. Tamme is very interested in regenerative agriculture, and hence in soil health and soil quality assessment. Started his working career in 1992, Tamme is now more than 30 years involved in high-tech applications in agriculture. He hopes to continue for many years more, and otherwise spent time on his sailing yacht, exploring the coastal waters of North-West Europe.
